Connect Terms
These terms govern the optional linking of supported external accounts to KIVIOX.
Your authority
You may connect only an account you are authorized to control. You remain responsible for the content, rights, permissions and accuracy of material you choose to expose through KIVIOX.
Provider rules remain applicable
KIVIOX Connect does not replace the terms, policies or technical restrictions of YouTube, Meta, X or another connected provider. Provider access, fields, quotas and functionality may change or be suspended by the provider.
YouTube
By using the YouTube connector you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. KIVIOX uses YouTube API Services only for the connected functionality described in the KIVIOX Connect interface and Privacy Notice.
Source attribution
Imported objects preserve the external source platform, source account, source URL and source publication context. KIVIOX may withhold or remove an imported reference if the connection is revoked, the source becomes unavailable, provider rules require removal, or KIVIOX cannot refresh data required for compliant display.
No ownership transfer by linking
Connecting an external account does not transfer ownership of the source content to KIVIOX. A separate KIVIOX-native upload, license or rights agreement is required for any rights not granted by the connector itself.
User control
The default Connect mode places new eligible imports into review. Users can publish, hide, pause automatic synchronization or disconnect. Auto-publish is an explicit user setting and may be disabled at any time.
Availability
Connectors depend on third-party APIs, app review, quotas and provider availability. KIVIOX does not guarantee that every post, media type, metric or historical item can be imported.
