1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use are between you and AMCAX, Inc., which operates KIVIOX. They apply to the KIVIOX website, applications and services that link to them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
You must be at least 18 to create an account, purchase a plan, submit creator content or use interactive community features. A parent or guardian may allow a minor to watch through a supervised profile on the adult’s account where permitted by law. If local law requires a higher age or additional parental consent, that law applies. Features are unavailable where prohibited.
2. Accounts and profiles
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, including profiles and devices you authorize. Do not share a subscription beyond the household or seat rules shown for your plan. Profile limits, extra profile charges and device limits are governed by the plan terms displayed at purchase.
Parental controls and maturity settings help manage viewing but cannot guarantee that every title, live stream or external item will match a particular household’s preferences. The account holder remains responsible for supervising minors. We may require identity, rights or business verification for certain creator, payment or high trust features, with separate notice where needed.
3. Viewing and availability
We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access available content through authorized KIVIOX interfaces for your own viewing, subject to your plan and applicable rights. You do not acquire ownership of titles. Do not copy, restream, redistribute, bypass access controls, scrape, or use content to train AI systems without a separate written license.
Catalogs, live events, language tracks, features and quality may change and may differ by country, device, age profile, license, rights holder or plan. An app listing in a territory does not promise that every title is licensed there. Some content is supplied by independent creators; their views are their own. We may remove or restrict content when rights, law, safety or technical requirements call for it.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
Any price, free period, renewal frequency, taxes, profile fee and promotional condition will be shown at checkout before a charge. A free account does not guarantee permanent free access to every feature. Where a plan renews automatically, the checkout terms will identify the renewal and cancellation process. Cancel using the account or app store through which you subscribed; cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not itself reverse a charge already made, subject to applicable law or the seller’s refund terms.
Payments may be processed by Stripe, a device app store or another identified provider. If you buy through an app store, that store may be the merchant of record and its billing, cancellation and refund rules may apply. KIVIOX does not promise creator earnings, advertising revenue or a particular audience. Any creator revenue share, payout, taxes and eligibility require separate written commercial terms.
5. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant KIVIOX a nonexclusive, worldwide license, limited to the rights you control, to host, process, transcode, display, distribute and promote that content as needed to operate the features you choose, subject to your settings, distribution instructions and any separate creator agreement. Public submissions may be seen or shared by others. Deletion does not undo lawful past uses or remove copies outside our control.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for every upload, including music, footage, trademarks, voices, likenesses, performances, locations, underlying works, publicity rights and territories. Disclose AI generated or altered material and provenance as requested. Do not imply that a real person, organization or public official endorsed or participated in a production without valid authorization. Rights to use another person’s image, voice, message or property in an AI production require a separate, specific permission; a profile or public post does not grant it.
Creator uploads are additionally governed by the Creator Submission Terms. Submission does not guarantee publication, exclusivity, promotion or compensation. We may review, label, age restrict, reject or remove content and preserve records needed for rights disputes and safety investigations.
6. Safety and prohibited conduct
Do not infringe rights; impersonate or deceptively depict people; harass, exploit or endanger minors; post unlawful or nonconsensual intimate material; spread malware; interfere with security; manipulate engagement; evade restrictions; or use KIVIOX for fraud. Do not submit false rights, identity, territory or provenance claims. News, satire and political content must not mislead viewers about whether a person actually said, did or endorsed something.
We may use automated tools and human review to enforce these rules. Report concerns to BDSQ@amcax.com with enough detail to locate the item. We may restrict or remove content or accounts and cooperate with lawful requests. Where applicable law provides a notice or appeal right, we will provide it.
7. Connected services and external links
Optional connections to YouTube, Meta, X or other services depend on their APIs, permissions and rules. You must control the account you connect. Their terms still apply, and connecting does not transfer ownership or grant KIVIOX rights to reproduce content beyond the authorized integration. Review the Connect Terms and Connect Privacy Notice. Linking a paid streaming subscription does not itself give KIVIOX the right or technical ability to play that provider’s catalog within KIVIOX; availability depends on an authorized integration.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a written notice to BDSQ@amcax.com identifying the work, the KIVIOX URL or material, your contact information, your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We may forward the notice to the uploader and remove or disable the material while reviewing it. If your content was removed in error, contact us for the counter notice process. This contact address is a general reporting channel and is not represented as a registered DMCA designated agent.
9. Suspension, termination and changes
You may stop using KIVIOX and request account deletion through our support address, subject to required records and active billing arrangements. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, rights disputes, fraud, security risk or legal requirements. We may change features and these terms; we will post a new effective date and give additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes to paid plans will follow the notice and cancellation rights required by law.
10. Warranties and liability
We work to keep KIVIOX available and secure, but the service and user supplied content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third party content or external services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer law. Specific paid or creator agreements may provide additional commitments.
11. Law and contact
Texas law governs these terms to the extent it can do so without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may resolve disputes. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to participate in a class action. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
