Creator Submission Terms
Core conditions for submitting audiovisual works to KIVIOX review.
Your rights and authority
You may submit only works you own or are authorized to distribute. You are responsible for chain of title, music, performances, likenesses, artwork, trademarks, source materials and every other permission required for the territories you select.
License for review and approved distribution
You authorize KIVIOX to securely ingest, process, transcode, review, display and stream the submitted work as necessary to evaluate it and, if KIVIOX approves the title and you have requested distribution, to operate the KIVIOX service in the authorized territories. Ownership is not transferred to KIVIOX by submission.
Review is required
Uploading does not guarantee acceptance, publication, promotion, monetization or audience reach. KIVIOX may reject, restrict, unpublish or remove material that fails technical, rights, safety, integrity or editorial requirements.
Accuracy and provenance
You must provide accurate metadata, territory information and KIVIOX Passport disclosures, including meaningful human contribution, AI systems and source or provenance information when requested.
Rights conflicts and takedowns
You must promptly notify KIVIOX if your authority changes or a rights dispute arises. KIVIOX may preserve records needed to investigate disputes while disabling public access.
Security
Do not share account credentials. Creator access, upload URLs and review media are intended only for authorized users.
Changes
Material commercial or distribution terms should be documented separately before they apply. These submission terms do not promise payment or create a minimum distribution commitment.
