Gifts with clear terms.
Gifts are optional one-time support for an approved creator, publisher or watch-party host. Gift purchasing is awaiting activation. Gift icons appear only during active eligible live sessions; payment opens only after program, tax and recipient verification.
Your choice and your budget
The digital gift collection includes all 20 categories from $5 to $1,000,000 USD, including all eight Yxara gifts. Payment activation is a separate program requirement that applies to the collection as a whole. Kiviox Free has access to gifts up to $50. KMax and Enterprise KMax have a $25,000 per-gift ceiling; KYxara and Enterprise KYxara have access to all digital gift categories up to $1,000,000. These are catalog ceilings, not automatic spending approvals. Ordinary checkout is limited to $500 per gift and verified adults, with a default $500 limit per rolling 24 hours and $1,000 per rolling 30 days. You may lower limits and pause gifting immediately.
Gifts above $500 require private review. Yxara gifts follow the same eligibility and high-value review process as other digital gifts. No payment is taken when you request review. We do not split payments to bypass limits. Enterprise gifts require purchaser authority and an approved business budget.
Content safety
The Acceptable Use Policy applies immediately. Prohibited content may not be published or monetized with gifts. Gifts are tied to a specific approved content or live-session surface and its verified recipient; they are not charitable donations or general money transfers.
Where gifts belong
Gifts support approved live broadcasts, live news and other live formats, including active verified host watch parties. Gifts are unavailable on replays, ended sessions and ordinary on-demand viewing. Private social rooms and arbitrary participant transfers do not accept gifts. A gift to a party host does not buy rights to a film or permission to rebroadcast it. News gifts support the approved publisher and never purchase editorial influence, coverage or preferential access. Gifting may be paused during emergencies or sensitive coverage.
Payment and delivery
Choose an icon, review the recipient and USD amount, then explicitly continue to payment. No automatic recharge, recurring gift, stored coin wallet or random reward is included. We display a gift only after confirmed payment. Retries use the same reservation to avoid duplicate charges. Gift displays are quiet and do not interrupt playback or watch-party synchronization. Names and amounts are revealed on hover or keyboard focus; touch devices show them before payment.
Creator earnings
The recipient earns 80% of defined net receipts and Kiviox retains 20%. Net receipts exclude taxes remitted and deduct actual payment or applicable store fees and refunds. Kiviox’s share covers ordinary payout administration, moderation and support. There are no hidden creator deductions. A paid recipient subscription is not required to receive a gift.
Creator funds remain pending until payment settlement, verification and review. Routine payouts are intended to be weekly once active, subject to availability, supported countries, contractual reserves and a $25 payout threshold. Small balances remain owed and are reviewed monthly; they do not expire. Holds and reserves require a reason and release condition. A received gift is not proof that a bank payout has completed.
Digital gifts only
New gifts, including future Yxara gifts, include only digital acknowledgment. No physical gift box, icon keepsake, framed thank-you note, shipping or day-90 physical delivery is included. This change does not cancel any physical delivery obligation already promised in a completed purchase. All Yxara categories are included in the digital collection.
Tax responsibilities
Each sender is responsible for their own applicable tax filings and liabilities in their jurisdictions. Each recipient is responsible for reporting gift-related earnings and paying applicable income, self-employment and other personal or business taxes in their jurisdictions, including where no tax form is issued. A digital gift label does not establish a tax-free personal gift, charitable deduction or guaranteed qualified-tip deduction.
Kiviox complies with its own legally required tax reporting, withholding, collection and remittance duties. These duties cannot be transferred to users by this policy. Kiviox does not impose a universal US federal tax on worldwide gift purchases. Applicable US federal withholding depends on recipient documentation, income classification, source, treaty eligibility and other legal requirements. Any legally required sales tax, VAT, GST or other transaction tax will be disclosed before payment. No blanket worldwide exemption is promised.
Refunds and support
Contact support for duplicate, unauthorized or failed transactions and failed fulfillment. Applicable consumer, store and payment rights remain available. A full refund reverses both creator and platform shares; Kiviox ordinarily absorbs nonrefundable processing fees. Creator liability for misconduct requires documented evidence and lawful contract terms. Disputes and partial refunds are reconciled before payout.
Privacy and fair treatment
Only verified adult senders and adult recipients are eligible. Child profiles, self-gifting, payment laundering, collusion and attempts to evade limits are prohibited. Gifts are not charitable donations, investments, lotteries or a general money-transfer service. There are no guaranteed returns or promised affection. No guilt prompts, public spending pressure or mandatory leaderboards apply. We do not expose private account or shipping details in the live room. Kiviox and its payment provider process payment data; raw card information is not stored in Kiviox.
Availability
Purchase eligibility depends on account, country, host approval, provider capability and the billing rules of your device’s app store. Web gifting does not automatically enable native mobile or TV store purchases. Purchases, display and payouts can be paused independently to address errors or safety issues.
