Published policy · Activation pending
Version 3 · Published .
This policy is published ahead of program activation. Monetization applications, automatic authenticity badges and the full admission review process are not yet available. Creator support payments are awaiting activation.
The rules below describe the requirements for the program. Enforcement begins after the required controls are implemented and verified, commercial terms are published, an effective date is announced, and the applicable creator acceptance is recorded. Publication alone does not award a badge, approve a channel or activate payments.
Every customer receives creator permissions at signup. The Creator Authenticity badge requires 20,000 genuine Audience members and every authenticity check. Monetization requires the active badge, full verification and every additional admission condition below. Payment setup alone does not confer eligibility.
This published edition is in English. For questions or an appeal, contact KIVIOX support. Include the affected channel, decision and policy version; use an approved secure channel for private evidence.
Mandatory admission requirements
| Requirement | Minimum requirement |
|---|---|
| Channel history | 360 calendar days since the first approved public original |
| Audience | 250,000 current genuine qualified channel followers |
| Watch time | 80,000 verified eligible public watch hours during the preceding 365 days |
| Qualified plays | 400,000 qualified plays during the preceding 365 days |
| Original catalogue | 6 qualifying originals totalling at least 120 minutes, or 2 original feature films of at least 60 minutes each |
| Quality assessment | 96 out of 100 overall; at least 80% in every scored category |
| Policy examination | Pass score of at least 90% |
| Approval | Two independent reviewers |
| Creator authenticity | Active eagle eyes badge and 100% completion of all required authenticity checks |
| Account standing | No active substantiated serious violation; no substantiated intentional engagement fraud or rights deception during the preceding 365 days |
| Identity and payments | Adult or authorized business representative; verified payout and required tax information |
All conditions apply together. Metrics belong to the applying channel; unrelated channels and external platform audiences cannot be combined. The two catalogue options are alternatives to each other only.
Creator permissions and profile presentation
Creator permissions at signup
Automatically assign creator permissions to every customer account when signup is completed. No separate creator application, paid membership, follower minimum or authenticity badge is required to access creator tools. Apply the same default to existing customer accounts, while preserving any valid account restriction.
Creator permissions allow customers to create and manage their own channels, prepare drafts, upload permitted media, edit metadata and submit work for review. Publication remains subject to editorial approval, rights requirements and applicable account controls. These permissions do not authorize reviewing other creators, publishing without review, receiving payments or changing another account.
A viewing profile is not a separate customer account. Secondary and child viewing profiles do not inherit authority to manage channels, banking information, verification or agreements. Customers must use the authorized account context for those actions. Applicable age and legal capacity requirements continue to govern contracts and payments.
Three distinct account states
| State | Entry condition | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Creator access | Completed customer signup | Use creator tools for owned channels |
| Creator Authenticity | 20,000 genuine followers and every verification condition complete | Display the eagle eyes badge on the main public creator profile |
| Monetization approved | Active badge, all admission requirements and independent review approval | Collect only the revenue types covered by the accepted program terms |
The eagle eyes badge
Use a clean pair of very small, stylized dark eagle eyes as the Creator Authenticity checkmark. Position the artwork centrally immediately beneath the main public profile image. It must remain visually separate from a customer’s uploaded photograph. Do not substitute a letter K, ordinary tick, full eagle head, large shield or prominent label.
Recommended web artwork size is 18 pixels wide and approximately 8 pixels high, with about 4 pixels of space beneath the profile image. Use deep charcoal eyes. On dark backgrounds, provide a subtle light backing or outline so the dark artwork remains visible. Scale deliberately for television viewing while keeping it subordinate to the profile image.
Provide the accessible name “Creator authenticity verified” and a brief explanation on hover, keyboard focus, tap or remote selection. The interaction area can be larger than the artwork. Use the same authorized asset and status on web, mobile and TV. A user cannot acquire the badge by uploading its image or changing their display name.
The badge belongs to the verified creator identity and appears on that identity’s main public profile. It does not automatically transfer to other household profiles, channel buyers or collaborators. It confirms the specified account checks, not the truth of every statement, ownership of every upload or guaranteed earnings.
Automatic Creator Authenticity requirements
Award the eagle eyes badge automatically when all conditions below are satisfied and there is no active security or compliance restriction. The creator does not submit a separate badge application, pay for verification or seek routine moderator approval. Meeting the 20,000 follower threshold alone is insufficient.
| Required condition | Completion standard |
|---|---|
| Verified identity | Required identity checks passed; legal name and account controller established; business authority and ownership verified where applicable |
| Account security | Contact address verified and multifactor protection enabled for sensitive creator actions |
| Linked payment setup | Authorized creator payment account and supported payout destination linked and confirmed by the provider; no overdue blocking verification requirement |
| Creator usage terms | Current applicable creator agreement expressly accepted by a person with authority to bind the creator |
| KIVIOX usage terms | Current applicable platform usage terms expressly accepted |
| KIVIOX policies | All applicable policies presented and the required acknowledgments and separate consents recorded |
| Genuine followers | At least 20,000 current qualified followers under the measurement rule below |
| Account standing | No active restriction that prevents verification or a substantiated unresolved identity deception finding |
Meaning of 100 percent completion
Every mandatory condition must pass. Do not average the conditions, round up an incomplete result, or treat submitted documents as verified. Pending, failed, expired or unverifiable evidence is incomplete. Display the creator’s individual checklist privately; issue the public badge only when all required checks are complete. The phrase “100% complete” describes this checklist and is not a guarantee that fraud is impossible.
Linking a card used to buy a KIVIOX membership is not sufficient payment setup for a creator. Use a provider supported destination controlled by the verified creator or authorized legal entity. Matching, verification and account status must come from trusted provider records. A badge does not enable live payment collection before monetization approval.
Follower attribution
Use the creator’s main public profile audience. Where KIVIOX stores followers at channel level, use the designated primary creator channel as the badge source. Do not add followers across channels, household profiles or external platforms. Changes to the primary channel trigger a fresh check and cannot transfer another creator’s audience. Monetization still requires 250,000 qualified followers on each applying channel.
Agreements and private records
Maintain a versioned register of creator terms, KIVIOX usage terms and applicable policies, including monetization, content, AI disclosure, rights, conduct, privacy, payments and refunds. Give creators access to each document. Record the accepting identity, authority, document version and timestamp. Obtain separate consent where required; do not infer consent from a page visit or acceptance of unknown future terms.
How qualification is measured
Channel age and review window
Count channel history from its first approved public original. The 80,000 watch hours must fall within the preceding 365 days. Ownership transfers require fresh checks of authority, agreements and audience integrity; purchased account age does not establish authenticity.
Qualified audience and viewing
Count one genuine follower per registered account, regardless of viewer profiles. Remove duplicate, automated, purchased, coerced and reward driven follows. A shared household or network alone does not prove manipulation.
A qualified play requires deliberate selection and at least 60 seconds watched on a title lasting three minutes or more. Count one play per account per title per rolling 24 hours. Anonymous sessions count only where approved integrity controls reliably prevent duplication; otherwise exclude them from admission totals.
Count actual eligible content seconds watched, capped at one title runtime per account per rolling 24 hours. Preserve legitimate resumed viewing. Faster playback, concurrent sessions and repeats cannot multiply credit. Exclude seeking, buffering, pauses, hidden browser tabs, automatic previews, creator testing and traffic purchased through advertising.
Exclude bots, watch exchanges, paid engagement, device farms, circular viewing arrangements and unsupported external statistics. KIVIOX records must distinguish pending, eligible and excluded activity. Suspected activity stays pending until assessed; an automated risk flag alone does not establish misconduct. Eligibility snapshots are retained for review and appeal.
Catalogue rules
Each qualifying original must be publicly released on KIVIOX, available for at least 30 days, rights cleared, editorially approved and technically playable. At least one qualifying title must have been released within the preceding 180 days. Trailers, extracts, alternate cuts, language versions and minimally altered duplicates do not create additional qualifying originals or repeat runtime credit. Distinct series episodes may qualify independently.
Quality scoring
| Category | Weight | Evidence reviewers assess |
|---|---|---|
| Original creative contribution | 30 | Distinct concept, original structure and documented creative decisions |
| Execution and audience value | 25 | Coherence, purpose, pacing and sustained value appropriate to the format |
| Picture and sound | 20 | Reliable playback, clear intended audio and deliberate visual presentation |
| Accessibility and presentation | 15 | Accurate captions where relevant, readable text and complete metadata |
| Production evidence | 10 | Traceable sources, version records and clear contribution statements |
Rights, safety and identity are separate pass or fail gates. A strong creative score cannot compensate for a failed gate. Review standards must suit the genre and intended language, with qualified language review where necessary.
Evidence of original work and ownership
Applicants must submit a complete private evidence pack for every qualifying title. KIVIOX may verify claims against original records and contact identified rights holders through appropriate channels. False evidence is a serious violation.
Required production evidence
- Creative brief or treatment, script or equivalent production plan, with dated versions showing the development of the work.
- A contribution statement identifying direction, writing, performance, editing, design and other substantial human decisions, including who performed them.
- A source register for footage, music, photographs, graphics, fonts and other incorporated material, with licences, ownership records or another documented lawful basis for use.
- Relevant performer, voice and likeness permissions; required guardian authorization for participating minors; and any territory, duration or commercial use restrictions.
- The final master, captions or a documented accessibility exception, accurate title metadata, content classification and required advisories.
- An AI systems declaration covering material tools and models, the generated elements used, relevant commercial terms and representative evidence of human selection and revision.
AI use and originality
AI assisted and AI generated productions may qualify when the creator demonstrates substantial original creative judgment and a coherent finished work. Use of AI neither guarantees eligibility nor automatically disqualifies a title. A prompt alone, a time sheet or a high generation volume does not demonstrate sufficient contribution.
Exclude generic template output, copied scripts, automated compilation channels, lightly altered reposts and repetitive productions whose main purpose is manufacturing engagement. Reuse of an established character or series format can qualify when the substance of each work is materially distinct.
Permission to use a source does not, by itself, establish creative originality. Conversely, a lack of copyright protection for a particular generated element does not automatically prohibit lawful distribution. Reviewers must distinguish ownership claims, licences, other lawful uses and platform quality requirements.
Safety and disclosure
Do not monetize stolen material, unlawful exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, scams or other content prohibited by the applicable payment provider. Clearly distinguish fiction, satire and synthetic depictions from factual claims where viewers could reasonably be misled. Sensitive factual claims require appropriate substantiation.
Keep Passport records, signatures, identity evidence, payment details, agreement records and confidential licences private with role based access. Public notices and badge details must not expose the evidence pack. Required legal disclosures still apply. Use approved secure collection, collect only necessary data, provide lawful privacy notices and retention controls, and allow correction of inaccurate records.
Application approval and continuing obligations
A staged approval process
| Stage | Required outcome |
|---|---|
| 1 Eligibility check | Every numerical condition and the active badge with 100% completed authenticity checks are verified using a retained snapshot |
| 2 Evidence review | Identity, account authority, rights and production evidence are complete |
| 3 Full catalogue review | Two reviewers independently assess all qualifying originals and relevant channel history |
| 4 Assessment | Applicant scores at least 90% on rights, AI disclosure, fraud, payments and customer obligations |
| 5 Decision | Both reviewers approve; material disagreement goes to an independent third reviewer |
| 6 Activation | Creator accepts the approved terms; provider readiness and server payment gates are verified |
A reviewer must not approve their own channel or a channel in which they have a financial interest. Staff and founder channels follow the same standards. Do not offer payment for accelerated approval, sell eligibility or grant undocumented exceptions.
Provide a reasoned decision, the relevant rule and any remediable gaps. Service target: acknowledge a complete application within five business days and issue a decision within 30 business days. If more time is required, explain the delay and provide an updated estimate. Delay never creates automatic approval.
Probation and recurring review
Newly approved creators undergo 90 days of enhanced monitoring. Review performance, complaints and payment activity at days 30, 60 and 90. Probation is not a blanket withholding period and does not change ownership of legitimate earnings.
Reassess channel metrics, title availability and account standing every quarter. Retain 250,000 current qualified followers, 80,000 verified watch hours and 400,000 qualified plays over the preceding 365 days. Keep the authenticity badge active with every required check complete. Maintain the qualifying catalogue and renew compliance and quality review annually at 96/100 overall and at least 80% in every category.
Every 180 days, release a substantive new qualifying original or submit verifiable progress on a feature or similarly substantial production. For the production pathway, provide dated milestones at least every 90 days. Repeated placeholder updates, trivial edits and fabricated progress do not qualify.
A decline below monetization metrics triggers a written notice and a 30 day correction period only while all authenticity, rights and payment conditions remain satisfied. If corrected, no pause is needed. Loss of the required badge or payment clearance pauses new collection immediately. This does not cancel legitimate existing payment obligations.
Continuing creator responsibilities
Keep rights, payout and tax records current; disclose material account ownership changes before new collection; respond to ordinary compliance requests within ten business days and urgent safety requests as reasonably required. KIVIOX must state the requested evidence and reason. Access to training and the policy assessment should be free. Paying for membership or promotion does not improve eligibility.
Revenue payments and supporter protection
Scope of the first program
The initial program covers voluntary support for an approved creator and published title. Support does not purchase film access, a subscription, investment returns or ownership. The existing application permits support amounts from USD 1 to USD 100 per checkout; any change requires a separate approved limit and corresponding implementation.
Advertising shares, subscription revenue pools, rentals, licensing payments and live event income require separate published program terms. Audience thresholds determine eligibility to apply; they do not establish a payment rate or create earnings from views. Present forecasts and estimates separately from confirmed receipts.
Commercial terms before activation
The creator agreement must identify the actual contracting entity, approved creator countries, platform commission, processor charges, currencies, tax responsibilities, refund handling and dispute responsibility. Show the applicable commission and material deductions before acceptance. The applicable commission and supported creator countries will be published before activation.
Show gross support, recorded refunds, fees where available, net account activity, pending funds and available funds as distinct amounts. Do not describe gross receipts or watch time as cash available for withdrawal. Test payments must remain clearly separated from real payments.
Confirmation and reconciliation
Confirm payment only after an authenticated provider event and a durable matching record. A browser redirect is not proof of payment. Prevent duplicate receipts, account substitution and test versus live mixing. Preserve confirmed payment and cumulative refund states when delayed notifications arrive. Show processing, failed and expired states clearly.
Reconcile KIVIOX receipts with provider records regularly and investigate mismatches before presenting finalized financial statements. Restrict administrative access to payment information and keep an audit trail of corrections and decisions.
Payouts refunds and disputes
The existing KIVIOX payment implementation uses direct charges to connected creator accounts with Stripe Dashboard management. Live creator collection remains subject to launch readiness. The provider and applicable account configuration govern settlement and payouts. This policy does not impose an unsupported payout minimum, confiscate funds or promise a payout date the configuration cannot enforce.
Do not create an automatic 90 day hold or freeze all earned funds as a punishment. Any hold or reserve must have an applicable legal or contractual basis, fit the provider configuration, address an identified risk, and have a stated review process. Release undisputed sums when due under the applicable agreement and provider rules.
Publish a clear support contact and refund process. Statutory rights prevail. Do not tell a customer that a refund is complete until the provider confirms it, and distinguish that confirmation from the time a bank may need to post it. Do not automatically punish creators for complaints or chargebacks that have not been assessed.
Violations decisions and appeals
Graduated action
| Finding | Response |
|---|---|
| Minor correctable defect | Written notice and ten business days to correct; restrict only the affected title if necessary |
| Missing monetization metrics | 30 day correction period only while badge and payment clearance remain valid; then pause new monetization until requalified |
| Serious substantiated violation | Suspend affected monetization; require remediation and a fresh review before restoration |
| Repeated serious violations | Three final serious findings within 365 days may result in program removal |
| Intentional fraud or severe abuse | Immediate protective suspension; permanent exclusion only after a documented finding and available appeal |
Examples of intentional fraud include forged licences, fabricated identity records, knowing payment abuse, engagement farming and knowingly falsified production evidence. Severe safety abuse includes unlawful exploitation and other conduct that cannot remain available while reviewed. Preserve relevant evidence and restrict access to it.
An allegation, automated score, shared IP address or low retention alone cannot justify a permanent ban. Assess evidence, severity, intent, recurrence and remediation. Account wide restrictions require evidence of broader risk. Do not penalize unrelated collaborators or viewers by association.
Notice and review
Give the creator the affected titles or transactions, the policy provision, a comprehensible reason, the practical effect, the effective date, available corrective action and the appeal deadline. Information may be limited where disclosure would expose personal data, defeat fraud controls or conflict with a legal restriction, but provide the most useful explanation that can safely be given.
Allow an appeal within 30 calendar days. A reviewer who did not make the original decision must assess the appeal. Response target: 15 business days after receiving the complete appeal. Provide an update if further investigation is needed. Permit later reconsideration where material new evidence shows the original decision was wrong.
For a first ordinary rejection, allow reapplication after 30 days with corrected evidence. For a serious violation, a 90 day reapplication interval applies after remediation, unless permanent exclusion is justified. Successful appeals remove the related finding from eligibility calculations. Restrictions do not erase legitimate payment obligations or customer refund rights.
Changes and transition
Publish the effective date and policy version, record creator acceptance and keep previous versions accessible. Provide at least 30 days of notice for material ordinary changes and a 90 day transition for existing monetized creators affected by new numerical thresholds. Immediate changes may be necessary for legal, provider or urgent safety requirements, with reasons communicated where permitted.
Apply updated eligibility standards prospectively. Do not relabel previously permitted conduct as intentional fraud. Applicable law and accepted agreements control where this policy cannot lawfully apply.
